big band gig

Mr Waddington emailed me last week on tuesday and asked me if would do a big band gig, of course i couldnt say no.here was the catch, mr slack,gino,dan silva, among various citrus all-stars were playing the gig.I will admit my nerves and groove we going to be challenged but i already knew the solution, RELAX!I did a couple of rehearsals just to get back in the swing of things.......no pun.........Looking back to friday night Ill admit i wasnt playin at 100 percent but i surprised myself and think i grew a little bit as a player.I need to play more.
